The Package
LSV Title Service Package
Our complete service covers every step of the Florida LSV title process, from your initial compliance inspection through DMV submission and title receipt.
What's included:
Compliance Inspection
We assess your cart against Florida LSV equipment requirements and document the results.
Equipment Deficiency Report
If your cart has deficiencies, we provide a written report identifying what needs to be corrected before the title application can proceed.
LSV Title Paperwork Preparation
We prepare and review all Florida DMV documentation required for your title application.
Paperwork Review
We review completed forms for accuracy and completeness before submission.
DMV Submission Coordination
We coordinate submission of your application to the Florida DMV on your behalf.
Standard Government Title-Processing Fees
State and county title fees are included in the $699 package price — no additional government fees billed separately.
VIN Assignment & Electronic Title Guidance
We walk you through what to expect when your assigned VIN and electronic Florida title are issued.

How Payment Works

Pay $199 to schedule your compliance inspection.

The $199 is credited toward your $699 total — you pay the remaining $500 when we proceed to paperwork.

If your cart is found ineligible after inspection, you are not charged the remaining balance.
Scope of Service
What We Don't Do
Florida Street Ready is a title-processing assistance service. The following are outside our scope:
Equipment installation or repairs
We identify deficiencies — you or your dealer are responsible for correcting them.
Golf cart sales
We do not sell, broker, or appraise golf carts.
Insurance
We do not provide, recommend, or arrange vehicle insurance.
License plate issuance
License plates are issued separately through the Florida DMV after titling.
Guaranteed DMV approval
We prepare accurate, complete applications — but state approval is determined by the Florida DMV, not by us.

Eligible Carts

- ✓Four-wheeled vehicle
- ✓Top speed between 20 and 25 mph
- ✓Located in St. Lucie, Martin, or Palm Beach County
